Prof. Keya Pandey is presently serving as the Honorary Librarian at Tagore Library, University of Lucknow. She is also serving as Professor and Head at Department of Anthropology, University of Lucknow. She has completed her under graduation, post-graduation and Ph.D. from University of Lucknow. She has a distinguished teaching experience of more than 30 years with numerous national and international publications to her credit.

Dr. Madhu Bala is presently serving as Assistant Librarian at tagore Library, University of Lucknow. She has completed her MLISc in 2007 from Agra University. She has completed her Ph.D. in 2016 from BBAU, Lucknow. She has also published various national and international research papers and is a life member of ILA, IASLIC and UPLA.

Ms. Priya Tiwari is currently serving as Assistant Librarian at Tagore Library, University of Lucknow. She holds a Masters in Library & Information Science from Banaras Hindu University and has also qualified for UGC NET and JRF. She is also pursuing her Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from BHU. She has published 5 research articles in reputed journals and 1 book chapter. She has also presented at various national and international conferences.

Mr. Nilesh Gupta is currently working as an Assistant Librarian at the University of Lucknow. Prior, he served as a Librarian at the Ekalavya Model Residential School in Raipur, Chattisgarh under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India from June 2024 to October 2024. Mr. Nilesh has also worked as a Library Intern at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Delhi from October 2023 to January 2024. After graduating in Economics(Hons.) from the Banaras Hindu University in 2019, Mr. Nilesh went on to obtain, in 2023, his Master of Library and Information Science (M.L.I.Sc.) with a Gold Medal from the Banaras Hindu University. Given his academic credentials, he was awarded the prestigious Dr. Harikrishna Ahluwalia Scholarship by the Library & Information Science Department, BHU. Additionally, Mr. Nilesh remains a two-time Junior Research Fellow.

Mr. Amit Kumar Verma serves as the Assistant Librarian at the University of Lucknow, Lucknow. He holds a Master’s in Library and Information Science (MLISc) with university gold medal from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (A Central University) Lucknow, and has qualified for the UGC NET and JRF. Recently, he submitted his Ph.D. thesis. Previously, he worked as a Professional Assistant at BBAU, Lucknow, and as an SPA at IGNOU, New Delhi, with an internship at IIT Delhi. Mr. Verma has authored six journal articles and one book. With over 12 years of experience, his area of interests are library automation, digitization, user support services, and management and open access.

Mr. Harender Pal Patel is currently working as an Assistant Librarian at Tagore Library, University of Lucknow. He is pursuing a PhD in Library and Information Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). He completed his MLIS from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in 2021 and also earned his Bachelor's degree from BHU. He has work experience at prestigious central universities, including BHU and University of Allahabad.
