Ganga Hall

The newly built Girls Hostel of Second Campus, University of Lucknow is named after the great and most sacred river of the Indian peninsula. This is the 3rd Girls Hostel in the Second Campus and 18th Hostel of the University of Lucknow. It was inaugurated by Hon’ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh and the Chancellor of University Smt. Anandiben Patel on 21st January, 2023. It will start functioning from the session 2023-24. The first provost of the Hostel is Dr. Nitam Singh of the Institute of Management Sciences, University of Lucknow.

The Hostel is surrounded by lush green plants with ample greenery, fresh air and pollution free atmosphere for its inmates. The hostel has a double storied building having 105 rooms.  It has a total capacity of 220 students. The hostel will provide accommodation mainly to Management and Pharmacy students. It has a spacious and well furnished dining hall having RO water purifiers, water coolers and good hygienic condition. The Hostel has the facilities of geysers and fully automatic washing machines in every washroom area. The Hostel also has a big common room having wi-fi facility, indoor games and other facilities for the students. The Hostel provides safe, warm and comfortable stay to the students during their stay here.
