Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Hall commonly known as ‘Subhash’ hostel was started as a boys hostel and was earlier known as Hewitt Hall. It is the largest and perhaps the oldest boys hostel having 200 rooms.
The hostel has large grounds with two large front lush green lawns lined with flower beds and trees. The rooms are well furnished. The boys take their meals in the central mess situated nearby. It has facilities like Water Coolers with Water Purifiers, Washing Machines etc. There is a recreation room with television and indoor games like - Chess, Carom, Table Tennis. Newspapers in Hindi and English are provided daily. The outdoor games like Volleyball, Badminton and Cricket keep the boys engaged during the evenings.
