Acharya Narendra Dev International Hall, popularly known as A N D Hall, is one of the oldest Boys Hostels of University of Lucknow. It is located amidst the different boys and girls hostels in the main campus of University of Lucknow. It is a very large hostel having 132 living rooms, Common Hall, Dining Hall, and two big sized beautiful lawns providing a lush green ambience to the premises. Moreover, there is a Provost Office and a separate furnished Guest House of two rooms in the hostel compound. The Hostel compound is wi-fi enabled. This hall is committed to facilitate the students with all basic needs like well furnished rooms, water coolers with RO Purifiers, washing machines, Refrigerators, geysers, open air gymnasium and sports facilities. The hostel is also facilitated with solar panels which is helpful in saving electricity hugely. There is a common room having television, newspaper, magazines and indoor games for entertainment of students. There is a well equipped kitchen meant for cooking meals by the foreign inmates.

For a long time the foreign students of the university had been accommodated in the hostel. They belong to various nations like Thailand, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malawi, Syria, Tajikistan and Fiji. The speciality of this hostel is its diversified culture as the students of different countries are staying in this hostel depicting the cultures of their own nation and blending their culture with the students of other countries and the Indian students as well. The students participate in extracurricular activities like sports, academic, cultural and social activities etc. They celebrate Diwali, Holi, Mahashivratri, New Year, Eid along with the national festivals. Many academic and cultural competitions took place in this hostel under Inter Hostel Fest-2020.

In the current year Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Sri Pushkar Singh Dhami, Alumni of  this Hall, has been felicitated by  Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, University of Lucknow Prof. Alok Kumar Rai in the hostel compound.

Many renowned professors of the university have served this hostel for a long tenure.  Some of them in recent past can be named as Prof. Surendra Singh of Social Work Dept., Prof. D. D. Sharma of English Dept., Prof. N. K. Jutsi of History Dept., Prof. S. P. Singh of Zoology Dept., Prof. Omkar Upadhyay of Zoology Dept.,  Prof Sudhir Pawar of Zoology Dept., Dr. O. P. Shukla of Military Science Dept. and many more respected teachers of the university.
